DC Power FC Appoints Omid Namazi as Head Coach
WASHINGTON, D.C. (July 10, 2025) – DC Power Football Club has named Omid Namazi as head coach ahead of the 2025–26 Gainbridge Super League season. With 26 years of coaching experience across NWSL, WUSA, WPS, USL Championship, MLS, and national teams — including roles as Assistant Coach for the U.S. Women's National Team and Houston Dynamo—Namazi brings seasoned leadership to Power FC.

After several assistant and head coaching roles—most notably with the U.S. Women's National Team and as NWSL head coach—he most recently led Hartford Athletic in USL Championship as Director of Scouting and head coach (2022–23).
